It is just over a month on from the NZ Round Table, and while our Australian counterparts are reeling from the Gold Coast LPMA event & awards night, it is business as usual for NZ.

Many of you have already logged into the new resource, Foundry, and experienced the vast range of tools and resources for your business. If you haven’t had a chance yet, please take a few moments to finish setting up your login and have a look through. There are over 3,000 documents, videos, audio files, templates and more! Now organised into easy-to-navigate modules, such as, team, growth, financial and more. Everything you need is in one very useful place!

The Round Table saw us cover off a lot of topics and together see some great innovations around growth and team structure. None was more talked about than the pending Letting Fee Ban, though, which is set to remove the opportunity for agents to pass on costs relating to letting, or leasing a property to tenants!

Outside of Round Table, we are gearing up for a very exciting LPMA NZ Conference in September! Remember the Premium Connection day (the day before the conference) includes a networking dinner for the attendees so please book this in your diaries if you haven’t already.

We are busy securing some incredible speakers for this years event. Locked in for 2 sessions this year is Chris Helder a certified practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming who explores the concept of behavioural modelling in business.
